MEET PAMELA

Having lived across Canada and abroad, Pamela settled in the Lower Mainland in 1989 after attending UBC. Since then, she has made her home in the Surrey-Langley area and developed a deep understanding of the local real estate market.

Pamela’s passion for both real estate and interior design allows her to help clients not only make informed decisions but also envision the full potential of their homes. Outside of her professional life, she stays active at the gym and enjoys the busy, rewarding life of raising her four children.

For many, the decision to sell a home represents an exciting new chapter—a fresh start, a different neighborhood, or the right-sized home. For others, it comes during times of transition such as loss, separation, or family change, bringing mixed emotions that can feel overwhelming. Often, it’s a blend of all these experiences. Layer in the ever-changing real estate market, and the process can take a toll emotionally, mentally, and physically.

If you’re considering a move, it’s important to recognize the emotions that come with it and think about the support you need to feel prepared and grounded throughout the journey.

That’s where we come in—we’re here to guide you through every step with care, professionalism, and compassion, helping to ease the emotional burden so your transition feels as smooth and positive as possible.

Meet Michelle

I grew up in the Lower Mainland but have also been fortunate to call Ottawa, Australia, and England home. Returning to BC has always felt right, and I’m grateful to raise my family here. I completed a Communications degree at Simon Fraser University, along with Journalism and Telecoms Management, before building a successful 20-year career in high-tech sales.

An entrepreneur at heart, I first entered the real estate market through investment properties and renovation projects. My passion has always been connecting people with their forever homes. That passion ultimately led me to leave the corporate world and pursue real estate full-time. Along the way, my love of homes, design, and architecture has only grown, enriched by my travels and the chance to see how people live around the world.

Today, I live in Surrey with my two amazing boys, our Duck Toller Lucy, and our Maine Coon Pekoe. My commitment to clients is simple: to provide honest, professional guidance and ensure every need is not only met but exceeded during the home buying or selling process.

Together with my business partner, we’ve streamlined the process by building a trusted network of industry experts—including inspectors, mortgage brokers, designers, contractors, and more—so our clients have access to the very best resources. We are dedicated to providing the most up-to-date market data, personalized service, and results.

With over $120 million in sales and growing, our team is driven by one standard:a commitment to quality above all else.

As you consider a move, consider the following tips:

1. Give yourself time. If you are able, try to give yourself 8-12 weeks for the whole process.

2. Get organized. Make a list of what all needs to be done, and then divide that between the time that is available to you so that it is manageable.

3. Get rid of the clutter. Staging, and then packing (and unpacking) is so much easier if you take the time beforehand to declutter first.

4. Get help. What do you need to make this process easier? Do you need meals brought to you? Someone to help you clean or pack? Someone to cry with? Now is the time to call on your friends and family to help support you in this adventure.

5. Get enough sleep and food. This is not the time to skip meals or pack into the wee hours. Be kind to yourself and pay attention to your physical needs. You will thank yourself for it as you sleep in the new house for the first time!

6. Get prepared to feel unsettled. Even if this is an exciting move, life will feel chaotic for a while, both as you prepare to move, and then as you unpack. How do you handle stress in other areas of your life? Draw on those techniques and utilize them over this period.
